Mission rewards
Do you not get experience from doing a mission or a bonus a second time? I noticed on a mission where I had done the bonus before, but didn't complete the mission, that the next time through I got no experience for doing the bonus. Will I get XP from completing the mission??

Yes, you will. You will get every reward one time. If you finish a mission without doing the bonus, you get the mission reward. If you come back later to do the bonus, but finish the mission another time while doing so, you only get the bonus reward. If you do the mission another time, you get no reward.
Same goes if you only did the bonus at first, without finishing the mission. Note that this is only true with Tyrian missions, Canthan and Elonian have a different system (Standard, Expert's and Master's reward). The principle is still the same: You get every reward once. |

If you did the bonus once already, you won't get the reward for it the second time. Same with the mission. If you never done it before you will get the exp, did it already? to bad you won't get it.
